A brief introduction

HomeXperts Harrow - Belinder & Jasprit Kahai

Belinder & Jasprit Kahai

Personal Agent

It's with great pleasure that we announce the launch of HomeXperts Estate Agents Harrow.

We have a love of property and have been managing our own successful property portfolio for over 10 years now, so it seemed like the natural next step to follow up this passion in a more formal way by setting up our own estate and letting agency.

To explain, HomeXperts are not just estate and letting agents. They are a group of people who have come together to offer an alternative to the old industry of estate agency.

All the franchisees are individuals who want to provide a service themselves, which is more in touch with the changing requirements of vendors, landlords, purchasers and tenants.

Less stringent hours, using the most up to date technology and a personal service that guarantees you will only get myself or Jasprit looking after you and your property at every point of your transaction. We will also provide extra help and support all the way along, from vetted professional for example mortgage advisors, solicitors, maintenance and repair facilities.

If you have a property you rent out we also offer a fully managed service for letting which would completely take the hassle out of owning rental investment. We will treat each property like it is our own and aim to maximise profits while ensuring that all regulatory obligations have been adhered to.

We are operating in the Harrow area, however if you did have a property in the surrounding areas this introductory offer would still apply.

For a limited period you can sell your house for £1,495, or rent your house for 5% let only or get a fully managed service for 8% (excluding VAT).

Local area information

Living and working in Harrow

Harrow is home to a University of Westminster Campus and is widely known for Harrow School.

Due to the excellent transport links to the city and the very good state and independent schools, Harrow provides a great location to nurture a family, while being able to work in the city.

The open spaces, great shopping and eating out mean that many young families chose to live here. In fact the "Mount Stewart catchment area" always has a premium on property that falls into it. The school itself is one of the major attractions to the area.

When it comes to schooling Harrow has something for everyone. There are high ranking independent schools, North London Collegiate, Harrow School and John Lyon. As well as great performing state schools. Primary schools include Mount Stewart, Preistmead School. While for secondary school Claremont High School, Nower Hill School. Residents can also send there children to the highly academic QE Boys, Henrietta Barnet or Parmiters selective schools. The area has a great coach network servicing these neighboring schools.

When we look at HA3 as an area, the diversity means that there is something to meet everyone's taste and budget. Brookshill Drive and West Drive, all in the very north of the postcode district, are some of the most expensive streets in the area. Not only are the properties themselves substantial, the location is ideal, allowing easy access to the motorway, using the Uxbridge Road as a link to the city and the nearby open spaces of Pinner Park and Harrow Weald Common. The area also benefits from a number of golf courses.

At the more southerly end of the postcode district, there are some similarly desirable family homes, such as those on Northwick Circle. Aston Avenue and Elmwood Avenue near Kenton tube station also have desirable properties.

The most substantial properties are those at the very north or the very south. In the middle of HA3, however, there is some more affordable property. The most affordable areas appear to be on the east side of the High Road that links Harrow Weald and Wealdstone, particularly around College Road, Spencer Road and College Avenue, where there is a mix of both purpose built blocks and period conversions.

The area has good public transport links and is served by the Metropolitan, Bakerloo and Jubilee Lines of the London Underground, Watford DC Line of the London Overground, and also by the National Rail services of Chiltern Railways, London Midland and Southern (train operating company).  Harrow is located near the A406 North Circular Road and the M1 Motorway. The A40 Western Avenue is also nearby.

As former home to domestic goddess Isabella Beeton, it's not surprising that Harrow boasts such a string of award-winning restaurants.   From the British Curry Awards to the Sea Fish Industry accolades, our diverse range of international restaurants caters for every size of appetite and pocket.

From arts and crafts to high street fashion, Harrow offers both modern convenience shopping and fascinating quirky shops to loose yourself in. Escape from the rain in the St George's or St Ann's Shopping Centres conveniently situated a few minutes walk from Harrow on the Hill train station.
